The Pearl is a brand I created for a luxury multifamily community in a highly coveted waterfront location in Virginia Beach. The logo is a beach inspired script with a weathered and modern feel paired with a nautical color palette. I also gave this brand a secondary mark that feels like a stamp to incorporate across their materials and designed their website that has a beach luxury vibe. This porject was completed in collaboration with talented copywriters and developers at Catalyst Marketing Agency.
