While working with Worboys Design, I designed a comprehensive wayfinding and signage system for The Marlow, a multifamily residence in Denver. The goal was to create signage that felt like a natural extension of The Marlow’s eclectic interiors and rich brand colors while still meeting ADA requirements. I worked across both exterior and interior touchpoints, including illuminated building signage, blade signs, leasing desk signage, unit numbers, amenity and restroom signage, stair signage, parking signage, garage graphics, and directional systems throughout the property. Materials such as acrylic, brass finished steel, wood, aluminum, vinyl, and neon were selected to echo the layered, character driven aesthetic of the space. Throughout the project, I paid close attention to typography, scale, and mounting details to ensure the system felt cohesive, accessible, and thoughtfully integrated into the architecture. The result is a signage program that helps residents and guests move through the building with ease while reinforcing The Marlow’s distinct personality. The PDF presentation for this signage project is below.
