As an employee at Catalyst Marketing Agency, I developed a logo for Bay House apartments in Emeryville, CA inspired by the property's coastal location. The logo features a minimalistic wave mark combined with classic typography, reflecting the property's tranquil yet refined personality. The color palette was carefully chosen to echo the hues found around the property, creating a seamless connection between the brand and its environment. Building upon this foundation, I crafted the visual design for various marketing materials, including the brochure, paper system, flyer, and website. Each piece was designed with a cohesive aesthetic to enhance the property's branding across different touchpoints. This work was done during my time at Catalyst Marketing Agency in collaboration with a brilliant art director and copywriter.
